Tell us a little about your travel history, how long have you been working in the industry?
I have been working in the industry for about 17 years. I fell into travel like many people. I wanted a job where I cpould use my languages and see the world – perfect!

What is the key issues facing this theme/topic right now?NDC is constantly evolving. Making sure that the entire value chain moves at the same pace is the biggest challenge.
What major change can we expect on this topic in the next 5 years?
I really believe that in the next year we will start to see more use cases involving NDC and buyers will then have a really tangible idea of how it can help them!
